The jiji99 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. jiji99 does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. During the registration process, jiji99 verifies date of birth and may request documentary proof of age as part of KYC verification.
If jiji99 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted to the extent required by law, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable child protection laws in the Philippines.
